Welcome to 606 FITNESS ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the 606 FITNESS mobile application (the "App") and any related services.
2.1 Account Information — When you create an account, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and fitness goals. 2.2 Profile & Activity — We collect profile photos you upload, your workout subscriptions, programs you create or follow, ratings, and chat history with the AI Coach. 2.3 Device Permissions — With your explicit permission, we may access your device camera (to scan QR codes, take profile photos, and use the AI food scanner), photo library (to pick profile photos), microphone (where applicable), and approximate location (for store delivery, if enabled). You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings. 2.4 AI Food Scanner Data — When you use the AI food scanner, the photo you capture is sent securely to Google Gemini for nutritional analysis and is not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete. 2.5 Technical Data — We automatically collect device type, OS version, app version, language preference, and anonymized usage analytics to improve service quality.
• To create and maintain your account and authenticate logins. • To deliver fitness and nutrition programs personalized to you. • To process subscriptions, payments, and orders within the in-app store. • To send email or SMS verification codes (one-time passwords) via SendGrid and Twilio. • To generate AI Coach replies and food analysis using Google Gemini models, only with the messages or images you choose to send. • To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
We use the following sub-processors to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy: • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — transactional email delivery. • Twilio Verify — phone number verification. • Google Cloud (Gemini) — AI Coach responses and food image analysis. • Stripe — payment processing (when enabled). • MongoDB Atlas — encrypted database storage.
Your data is stored on secured servers protected by industry-standard encryption (HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Correction — update inaccurate information directly in the App or by contacting us. • Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, either through Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the App, or by emailing privacy@606fitness.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days. • Portability — request an export of your data in JSON format. • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, with effect for future processing only. 606 FITNESS is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Our servers are located in regions chosen for performance and reliability. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information across borders, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
